Free Pick-up Points

▎ Free Self-Collection Service

Customers can choose any Desk-One branch below as a pick-up point, and the shipping fee is free. After receiving your order, we will notify you via WhatsApp message when the goods will arrive at the pick-up point (normally about 3 working days after order confirmation). If you wish to pick up the goods on a specific date, please send us a separate WhatsApp message so that we can try to make special arrangements.

Customers need to pick up the goods within two days after receiving the WhatsApp notification. If the customer fails to pick up the goods within the designated days, we will take back the products and may charge additional administrative fees. Due to logistics procedures, customers cannot change the selected self-pickup store once the order has been confirmed and arranged.
