▎ Delivery costs

Local shipping: We offer free local shipping for any single order with a purchase value of HK$300 or more (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Lane, and outlying islands, and excluding additional fees such as stairs and gate fees).

For purchases below HK$300, please see below the delivery charge per order:

▎ Delivery Time

Customers must ensure that the following information is correct before payment, and we will not be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect information:

-  Product name and order quantity;
-  Recipient's name, phone number, and shipping address;
-  Payment profile.

Customers can choose any day from the fourth day of the date of the order as the designated delivery date (excluding Sunday and public holidays). The following time slots will be available for selection:

A. 11:00 - 16:00

B. 16:00 - 20:00

C. 11:00 - 20:00

If we are unable to ship on the designated delivery date, we will notify the customer of the revised delivery date as soon as possible. If the customer finds the revised date unacceptable, the order can be canceled and a full refund will be issued. Please contact customer service at info@purrupurru.com for assistance.

 

▎ Temperature Requirements

Purru Shake: Cold chain delivery with ice packs. Refrigerate immediately at 0-4°C upon receipt to maintain freshness.

Other products: Ambient delivery (no refrigeration required).

 

▎ Weather Policy

The delivery service will be suspended immediately if typhoon signals no.8 or above, or a black rainstorm signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory on the day of the delivery. Arrangements will be made to reschedule the delivery to another date. We will not be responsible for any delays or inability to complete deliveries due to accidents, traffic, weather conditions, or other causes beyond our control.

▎ Additional Fees

To minimize the impact on the delivery time, please notify us in advance if:

  • Any staircase is involved in the delivery process (an additional stair fee of HK$50 per floor will be charged);
  • Any entry fee will be charged at the nearest parking place near the delivery location (the additional fee would be the minimum entry fee of the parking place);
  • The distance between the delivery address and the nearest parking place is more than 100 meters.

Additional fees must be paid upon delivery, otherwise, we will treat the delivery as unsuccessful. Additional delivery arrangements will then be made with an administrative fee of HK$60.

▎ Liabilities

We will not be responsible for any delay or error in delivery caused by third-party logistics companies. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding the delivery service, please contact the third-party logistics company directly.
