Welcome to www.purrupurru.com，the official website of Mochelin Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or "we" or "us").

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy (the “Terms”) carefully before placing any orders. By placing an order, creating an account, or submitting personal information, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Terms are displayed clearly (e.g., via checkboxes) before account creation or purchase to ensure voluntary acceptance without undue influence. We recommend saving a copy for your records.

 

▎Update to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms posted on this website become effective immediately for new orders. Please review before each purchase.

 

▎Website Accuracy

While we aim for accuracy, we provide no warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of website information, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

▎Definitions

 

▎Price and Shipping

All prices, shipping fees, and charges are as displayed on the website at order confirmation. The invoice will list all fees, and payment confirms your agreement. Hong Kong orders exclude taxes/duties. All prices in HKD.

Delivery unavailable to remote areas (e.g., outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan) or outside Hong Kong.

Changes: To modify Delivery Date/Address, email info@purrupurru.com within 3 working days before delivery (before 3pm), or additional fees may apply.

 

▎Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

You will receive an order receipt email, which acknowledges receipt only—not acceptance. We may refuse/limit orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, payment issues, or other reasons, even after payment.

Rejection Notice: If unable to accept, we will notify you via email/phone/WhatsApp within 3 working days. Paid orders will be refunded via original method within 14 days.

Acceptance: No rejection within 3 working days confirms order acceptance and forms a binding Contract. Delivery limited to Hong Kong.

 

▎Payment

Full payment required before dispatch or pickup notification.

Accepted methods: FPS, PayMe, Google Pay, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, credit cards, bank transfer.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. You may cancel (full refund within 14 days) or proceed at corrected price. Depending on the payment method used by the Customer, we will refund the paid amount through the same payment channel within 14 days from the cancellation date.

You warrant you are the authorised payment method holder. You are solely responsible for notifying the bank of any changes to your records or any loss, theft or unauthorized use of your credit card. 

All electronic payment transactions authorized on this Website are encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transactions.

 

▎Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the products shall be passed to the Customer upon receipt of full payment or when the goods leave our warehouse, whichever is later.

Upon delivery of the products to your designated location or after you have picked them up, you shall assume the risk of loss of the products.

 

▎Delivery of Products

All orders are subject to stock availability and order prioritization for delivery arrangements.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive the product within the delivery time notified by us. However, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods due to factors beyond our control after the goods have been dispatched. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, additional fees, and other terms and conditions.

If you fail to collect the products on the delivery date selected when you placed your order; or if you fail to provide us with sufficient or accurate delivery instructions resulting in a delay in delivery, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies:

(i) store the products until they are actually dispatched and charge you a reasonable storage fee (including insurance and storage fees);

or

(ii) bill you for any additional costs incurred by us as a result of insufficient or inaccurate, order information or failure to collect the delivery;

or

(iii) dispose of uncollected products in any manner without any obligation or liability to you (including but not limited to refunding any amount paid by you);

or

(iv) authorize your designated delivery or storage service provider to handle the products in accordance with the delivery or storage procedure adopted by such service provider without providing any compensation to you (including but not limited to any additional delivery or storage fees charged by such service provider due to your delayed collection of the products.

 

▎Refund and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Due to food safety reasons, we do not offer return or exchange services for opened or unsealed products.

If you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or expired goods, please contact our customer service team at info@purrupurru.com or WhatsApp +852 9249 7797 within 7 working days of receipt, providing clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a free replacement for unopened items (customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error) or assess case-by-case store credit for opened food products after hygiene inspection.

Refund Policy

Our goods typically take 7-10 working days to arrive. You can contact customer service at any time to check progress after placing your order. If the goods have not arrived 15 working days after payment completion, you may request a full refund by emailing info@purrupurru.com.

For order cancellations before dispatch, we will process a full refund within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

Refund Process: Submit your request via email with order details. Processing takes 7 working days. Refunds exclude shipping/delivery fees unless due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items: Opened or unsealed food products, custom formulas, and delivery charges.

 

▎Liability

The total liability for each claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with the purchase of any product by the customer under the Terms shall not exceed the total price paid by the customer for that product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable to the other party for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, or loss of business; or profits arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or transfer of the products by the Customer.

Nothing in the Terms shall limit or exclude either party's liability to the other party for (i) fraud; (ii) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

 

▎Promotion

The Company reserves the right, to determine the quantity of promotional and/or discounted items we offer at our sole discretion.

▎Obligations of Users

By using this Website, you agree that:

a. You will not engage in or allow any acts that infringe upon our intellectual property rights;

b. You will not use the information on this Website for illegal, improper, obscene, or defamatory purposes;

c. You will take reasonable measures to ensure that the information you provide will not damage our data or systems;

d. You will ensure that the information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date;

e. You allow the Company to keep records of your visits to this Website.

 

▎Transactions with Advertisers

Any communications or commercial transaction between you and an advertiser on or through this Website, or participation in promotional activities, including payment and delivery of goods or services related thereto, and any other related terms, conditions, warranties, or representations, are solely between you and the advertiser. The Company assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages of any nature arising from any transaction or advertiser appearing on this Website.

 

▎Personal Data Protection

We will endeavor to keep your transactional information confidential. You agree the Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of your information not caused by our negligence.

 

▎Service Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify, temporarily or permanently discontinue the service at any time without prior notice to the customers. We shall not be held responsible for any modifications or discontinuation of services to customers or any third parties.

▎General Terms

This Website does not sell any products to minors. Customers under the age of 18 may only use this Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

If any provision of the Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other  competent authority for any reason, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and deemed separate from the rest of the Terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable.

 

▎Governing Law

The Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms.

 

▎Language

In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms, the English version shall prevail.
