Return Policy

Due to food safety reasons, we do not offer return or exchange services for opened or unsealed products.

If you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or expired goods, please contact our customer service team at info@purrupurru.com or WhatsApp +852 9249 7797 within 7 working days of receipt, providing clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a free replacement for unopened items (customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error) or assess case-by-case store credit for opened food products after hygiene inspection.

▎Refund Policy

Our goods typically take 7-10 working days to arrive. You can contact customer service at any time to check progress after placing your order. If the goods have not arrived 15 working days after payment completion, you may request a full refund by emailing info@purrupurru.com.

For order cancellations before dispatch, we will process a full refund within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

Refund Process: Submit your request via email with order details. Processing takes 7 working days. Refunds exclude shipping/delivery fees unless due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items: Opened or unsealed food products, custom formulas, and delivery charges.
