B. Rehydration
Step 1. Pour the main package into a bowl and add hot water until everything’s covered. Let it soak for 5-8 minutes to rehydrate
Step 2. Drain the water, toss in the nutrient powder pack, and mix it all up
DONE! Let it cool to skin temperature before serving (~33-37°C)

Yes. Each recipe is formulated to meet AAFCO “complete & balanced” standards for adult dogs, and reviewed by Professor Dr. Amer AbuGhazaleh.
We cook before freeze‑drying, keep whole pieces, include fish for EPA/DHA, and have our formulas cross‑checked against AAFCO standards by a university professor.
AAFCO does not list EPA and DHA as mandatory nutrients for adult dog food, but we include them because omega‑3s are widely recognised as helpful for brain, joint, heart and skin/coat health.
Unopened packs can be kept for 6 months at room temperature in a cool, dry place from production. Please see the best-before date on the label.

If rehydrated: Consume immediately. Like fresh human food, it dries out quickly and shouldn’t be stored wet.
If kept dry: Store opened pack in a zip-lock bag in a cool, dry place. Use within 3-5 days for best freshness and nutrition.
Pro Tip: For small dogs, try splitting the dry main pack across 2 meals, rehydrating only what you need each time.

The current recipes follow AAFCO adult maintenance standards. For puppies, seniors or dogs with medical conditions, we recommend using our custom formula service or consulting your vet.
Start with Duck or Venison, as these are often used as novel proteins for sensitive dogs. Introduce gradually and observe stool quality and skin/coat condition.
